Platformity won a grant with Transport for New South Wales, pitching a platform to help NSW districts – legal entities which act on behalf of a group of local businesses – to better understand their precincts with data .
The project had a strict 8 weeks timeline.
Working closely with the CEO, after identifying users needs through a series of interviews, I defined all aspects of the problem and the solution, all the way down to roadmap planning.
